Bot Framework, I mostly like

It being used among my internal development team to build and roll out intelligent bots that can operate across a range of platforms including web browsers, mobile devices in accordance with the client's requirements. It has a wide range of features, such as modular SDK , a bot emulator and a number of pre-trained AI models, that assist my team in creating bots. It is a quick and simple method for getting started with Bot Development that offers a conversational user interface for both new and existing apps and services.

My Comprehensive review of Microsoft Bot Framework

We have started using it for our in-house development team, due to its ability to deploy and a single bot can access numerous other platform like Microsoft team and slack. Bot can be comprehend and interpret natural language input from users due to its integration of language understanding Intelligent service (LUIS), this makes it more user freindly which ultimately enhance the interactions. Strong libraries and tools are provided by the bot Builder SDK for ceating bots using well-likes programming language like C# and Node.js, it enables easy creation of sophisticated bots with lots of features.
