I love that you can make custum templates that will extract only the relivant information from the transcripts. It is very easy to use and to get implemented. The AI is very good at summarieing conversations into bite sized chunks. You are able to compare multiple conversations and they have added anew feature where you can custom search all your conversations to find specific information which is great when it comes to monthly reporting. It intergrates with PinPoint and auto joins any interviews I have. My account manager (Cameron Goldie-Scot), is awesome and is always on hand for any support I need.
