Can also integrate with your calendar and will prompt prior to making a call to confirm you want to capture conversation details. Users can also create custom "views" to capture specific data that frequently comes up in conversations.

The platform is very easy to navigate and use. I've had times where a manager has followed the link to the notes and be able to get AI summaries & use all the features without me having to explain anything to them. The notetaking itself, we've found, is very accurate considering our interviews are in person. We've tried other options that have really struggled with multiple people in the same meeting room using one microphone. It wasn't difficult to set up either, I just made a log in and started using metaview on some interviews as a test. No problems at all and was impressed straight away.
