I like that Metaview can use an agent to help me understand the role I'm sourcing for and give me samples of profiles to vet before actually doing the search. It prompts and asks questions about the must-haves or nice-to-have aspects in a role or job description and presents profiles for review. This feature allows me to train the agent effectively. Also, the initial setup of Metaview was pretty easy.
