The Fastest Way to Ship HRIS Integrations and Empower Your Team

|Merge Unified
As a product leader, what I like best is the sheer velocity Merge provides. We were able to ship a wide range of HRIS integrations much more quickly than we could have ever built them in-house. This resulted in a huge lift in the number of new customers we could successfully onboard. The platform is also incredibly empowering for non-technical team members. The dashboard and tooling are so good that I can personally investigate and triage most customer data issues myself, which saves a tremendous amount of our developers' time. Merge's support team is also fantastic and has always been very responsive when we've needed them.

Merge offers a unified API, which is a game changer. Instead of navigating hundreds of separate integration documents, we only need to refer to a single, consolidated source, saving us over 100 hours of development time. Their SDK is also much easier to implement, which streamlines our workflow significantly. We use Merge frequently as part of our integration processes, and the experience has been consistently smooth. Additionally, we have a Slack channel with their support team and a dedicated account manager, ensuring that any issues or questions are promptly addressed.

Must-have Unified API Platform
