Great Tool and Great Support

Lots of customizable options in the dashboard, plenty of different tracking options across multiple social media accounts. We have used it for a variety of different products and items to track, and it's worked well for us. The support from Mentionlytics is also top-notch, as they are very quick to respond to any issue or hop on a call.

Powerful Clustering and Automated Custom Reports with Great TikTok & Podcast Coverage

I really like their features particularly mention clustering and the ability to create dozens of customizable reports that are then sent automatically. I also noticed better coverage across TikTok and podcasts compared to more expensive tools (like Meltwater and Brandwatch).
