Mebrain is process software. It makes business operations, especially around growth, repeatable, predictable, and scaleable. We've adopted the software in each part of our organization, and have built a core service offering around the product, paired with our IP and training, to sell to our primary customer. The team is staffed by humans, versus large company drones. They'll take time to hear feedback, and sincerely care about helping you use and adopt the software. There are quite a few integrations, including Zapier -- which makes it easy to get it talking. The API and webhook documentation is also public, and we've built our own hooks into the software straightforward enough. Once people are trained, it is easy to see the impact of the software. Much like riding a bike, you are fine once you've practiced. We use the software in our daily applications, as well with every sale and customer we support. It's the core of what we do. When it comes to roll out, they have a structured onboarding plan (ClearPath) that should be mandatory, but you can choose to opt out of. When we onboard customers, we also provide an onboarding service.
