The best thing I like about Maple CRM is their on time support and updates regarding new features. They provide customized solution based on the needs of the client.

I have been using their CRM service for the past four years. The staff is very cooperative, and the CRM is easy to use and understand.

I have plenty to say good things about Maple CRM as I was using it the most (daily and almost every hour) as an administrator some of them could be - 1) Has almost all of the Objects/modules that can be used and easy to reach. They have been working on UI which hopefully will be rolled out soon. 2) There are learning videos that require extensive time and support. Although it can be made better. 3) The Support is fabulous. I would highlight the team and especially CSM Swetha working with us to listen and suggest if there could be something better that can be done. 4) Implementation is quite flexible. It is easy but might expect time. 5) Only platform where there could be Client Facing Accounts and Interaction. 6) Although limited integrations whichever is provided don't create a challenge mostly. 7) Can store the documents as well.
