Overall, it is a nice program to use for a quick turnaround for a poster or something. The software is easy to use It offers a combination of advanced features and simple basic functions

Graphic DesignerA user friendly design space for basic artistic needs
It has a simple layout and this is a great alternative if you don't want to subscribe to Adobe products. Also, the image quality is pretty good. A great starting point for someone with little or no design experience. You can also easily convert the file to many different file types which is super helpful when sending proofs of your design to clients. I'm thankful that they let you use a trial version before actually purchasing the product; made it easier to decide if it's the right fit for our company.

A great illustration program for Mac
Artboard is very easy to understand and start using, which can be an obstacle for other graphic design and illustration programs. There are many tutorials on their website that help to quickly gain an understanding of its features and capabilities as a design program.
