I use Map My Customers as a field rep for a janitorial supply company, and I appreciate its ability to organize my contact rotation of customers. The map-based routing feature is key, as it routes the most efficient way to see my clients, which means more time, more clients, and more sales opportunities. Another thing I enjoy is the use of Google satellite image and street view, which helps me preview what type of property I'm about to engage with. My favorite feature is the integration with Gmail and the ability to see any email that's occurred with a specific contact, as well as performing bulk emails. The initial setup of Map My Customers was very easy, and I recommend it every day to colleagues, rating it an 8.5 out of 10.
