I use Map My Customers for routing and keeping track of my inside sales market. It's very helpful for routing my trips, especially since I don't live in the states where I travel. The lasso tool makes it extremely easy to plot which stores I will visit from day to day when I'm out in the field. It also keeps up with the last time I spoke with my dealers, ensuring they all stay in a 21-day rotation. I love how easy it is to use, much easier than any other site we have previously used as a sales team to route trips. The initial setup was very easy too.

I love the versatility between web and mobile versions that make it easy to jump between working in the office and working remote. I love that it integrates in with PowerBI to pull data on our stores.

I like using Map My Customers to map my customers on a day-to-day basis, keeping track of my routes and which customers I need to visit.
