I find SALESmanago very comprehensive because it integrates all communication channels and has new AI modules that support and make all processes more efficient. Additionally, I really like its statistical and customer scoring modules, as they are very complete. I also found the initial setup extremely easy and user-friendly.

Efficient CRM with Excellent Support

I am very satisfied with the Help Desk which is available to me 24/7 and genuinely provides support. The Customer Success Manager who suggests possible solutions is a significant added value. Another aspect I appreciate is the A/B testing and automated workflow, making it possible to replicate the offline customer experience in the online environment. Also, the initial setup was quite straightforward, I’d rate it 9 out of 10.
