What I appreciate most about SALESmanago is its comprehensive, all-in-one approach to marketing automation. The platform integrates various tools which makes it very efficient to use. It allows for deep customer segmentation and personalization and that is why your campaigns can be highly targeted and effective. Also the interface is quite intuitive, although in the beginning it may be a bit hard to comprehend all the functions - with time and help of Customer Support using SM is a piece of cake :)

For me, the best thing about this platform is its email automation workflows. They have enormous flexibility, I would say among the greatest in the market. Likewise, their support team is very good.
