The AI machine learning feature that learns from simple dragging of messages between folders is very intuitive and makes the platform easy to use for ourselves and our clients. I'm also impressed with the platform’s impressive ability to learn individual user preferences in just two to four weeks without relying on traditional whitelist and blacklist methods. Additionally, the security HUD is easy to understand, allowing users to conduct their own investigations into phishing, spam, and bulk email, reducing our ticket numbers. The spotlight feature helps us find messages intuitively and easily, regardless of location, and adds an extra layer of security allowing us controlled access. The convenience of managing functionalities centrally and learning individually across users is incredibly impressive. Shield has significantly reduced my spam and junk email, allowing me to focus on important communications for my job.
