Easy Zapier CRM Integration and Strong Deliverability at a Great Price
I connected it to our CRM through Zapier without much trouble, and that mattered more to me than anything else because our stack is basically held together with tape. The dashboard is pretty plain, and I wish I could sort mailboxes by campaign, but functionally everything I need is there. The price got us in the door, and the deliverability is what’s kept us.

Lower Costs, Good Inbox Performance—Scaled Email Volume Seamlessly
The costs. We were paying one of the big-name inbox providers about 2.5x what MailDeck charges for mailboxes that perform exactly the same. We switched, kept the same budget, and went from 150-200k emails a month to 250-350k with no drop in inbox placement. Pre-warmed inboxes mean a new batch is sending at full speed the day it arrives instead of 14-18 days later.
