They recreated every single one of our flows, upsells, cross-sells, and template emails for us. Their support is amazing, making it easy for us to fix any of the rare issues that come up - we found an issue and their tech lead jumped on a zoom call with us to investigate and fixed the issue within hours. I value the integration Maestra provides with all our other tools, like our mobile app and review providers, even when one didn't exist - they will go out of their way and work hand in hand with your other providers at no extra cost. I have never had another vendor so dedicated and willing to help us with whatever we need. Months later, now that we're all set up, I love working with our Maestra representative, Julia, who is incredibly helpful, talented, kind, and feels like another team member.
