Lumos has lessened the need for our helpdesk to get involved in access requests and has also shortened the time required to complete audits.

I like Lumos for its role in simplifying access reviews and provisioning users to applications. Application provisioning and deprovisioning are aspects I find particularly useful. The initial setup was comfortable, which made starting with Lumos a smooth experience.

I find the license assignment and removal process in Lumos very flexible. It lets IT match the business needs without compromise, in one instance it provids one license while removing 3 others of a similar type to reduce costs. The insights it provides are incredibly helpful for IT, allowing a comprehensive analysis of systems, licenses, usage, and access. The support team is very good and very helpful. I also appreciate how Lumos easily connects to most of our applications. The initial setup was very easy, and as recommended, we onboarded services gradually over the years.
