I like the availability of the team and the product features. We've historically cobbled together a bunch of spreadsheets, Shopify plugins, and other messes to do what Luminous can do in a single software suite. Now, let's be honest: we're still onboarding, but the experience so far has been excellent. A huge shoutout to Josh S. for his availability via phone and on-site. He has been excellent at helping us onboard, integrate, and implement. We're still in the middle of the whole onboarding process, but so far, so good.

The setup process is very hands on from the wonderful team at Luminous, they walk through every step to ensure you understand it and more than anything they customize the system to our needs.

Luminous makes it easy to manage inventory, check sales, and track data for the business. It's super helpful to see all of that in one place and have access to edit anything.
