We have had nothing but positive experiences with Luminous and their team. Josh was able to fly out to Oklahoma and spend an entire day with our team to learn everything about our company. We have certainly not provided them with a very easy transition to start tracking our inventory because our business has so many different variables that can certainly be challenging, but it has not stopped them from creating an inventory tracking system that works perfectly for our business. Being able to track inventory is such a crucial aspect of running a business and they have made that happen for us! Josh is incredible and is always there with any questions that I might need. They use Loom and create a detailed video to walk you through every question that you might have. It is super helpful when learning how to utilize Luminous!
