Our biggest concern originally was support, as they are not a US based company. However, this has been a pleasant surprise. We meet regularly and they are very responsive. As will any company, they are obviously not perfect, but they do react to issues and listen to feedback which is all you can ask.

What I like best about Locus is probably the support and how responsive the team is. Whenever we have an issue or a request, someone always gets back quickly and tries to help. Also, the platform itself is quite user-friendly, and it keeps improving over time, which shows they really listen to feedback. Overall, it feels like Locus is more of a partner than just a service provider.
