I like the flexibility with the team structure in Litmos. It really helps because at our company, we have specific reporting needs and a chain of command. Litmos allows people to see down their chain of command without having to sort their own data, which is super helpful. Plus, we can give the right permissions at the right spot, making learning delivery more efficient. This setup also lets us automate training delivery based on job title and location, which fits perfectly with our operational needs.

I really appreciate how helpful the Litmos customer support has been. The platform's ability to create content and manage learning paths is a valuable resource for our team training days.
