I like Litmos for its intuitiveness in getting trainings shared with our partners. It's useful because it makes sharing things easier and getting trainings to partners in a very clear way. Also, the initial setup was pretty easy.

Infinitely customisable and straightforward to use, it’s easy to create bespoke courses and bulk-upload data. The reporting function is superb, with an easy-to-use export option as well as the built-in emailer. Client support is fantastic too, with regular, real-time calls to ensure our satisfaction and to help us provide the best user experience possible. Remote access via the app gives users access to all of their completed training, along with any relevant documentation that has been uploaded. We use Litmos every day for ongoing CPD and compliance training, and all users—from the tech-savvy to inexperienced or first-time users—find it easy to navigate the menus and locate what they need. We also have a large library of bespoke training documents and videos, and integrating these with Litmos was simple and creates a seamless interface for the end user.

I like that Litmos is very user-friendly, making it easy to use and manage. Some of the key features are very useful and our customers really love it, particularly the content creation feature and how easy it is to create reports.
