I'm a solo founder and lemlist is literally my sales department. I built a multi-channel sequence (LinkedIn + email + WhatsApp + phone) with branching logic depending on whether a contact accepts the connection request or not, and being able to run that whole flow on my own, without an SDR, without a team, is what makes my outbound viable at all. What I value most is not being glued to the tool: I set up the sequence, check results, and the system keeps working in the background. I'd also highlight how easy it is to manage unsubscribes and keep the list clean without manual friction.

It is easy to use, you can get up and running quickly, and the support is good.

The functionality regarding lead finder, contacts lists and campaigns - the ability to return to previous lead searches and update contacts lists/campaigns is brilliant - and missing from so many other B2B outreach platforms! Plus the functionality offered within the campaign sequencers, across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp etc. is the best I've seen!
