It has plenty of filtering possibilities, you can group the stakeholders, see all the transactions done and remove or edit them or create scenarios for the future and see its impact in the cap table of the company. - Its helpcenter. You will find information, videos and instructions about almost anything you need to do on Ledgy. It is really really useful. - The clear view of the equity plans that it allows, user friendly and easy to navigate. - Its continuous improving of the platform according to the needs of its clients. - Its availability to all stakeholders, as they can access to their portfolio whenever they want. - Its integration with Bamboo HR, which is super tamesaving.
