I went from being a tester of 20+ years testing experience by no experience in automation (although I had dipped my toe in some Selenium learning, but never had opportunity to apply) , to now, after a year of using Leapwork on an Oracle product, and also D365 products, am confident and relatively advanced in my ability to automate, lead in automation through Leapwork, and troubleshoot / debug tests made in Leapwork. I was astounded at how quickly it was possible for my team with no experience to start creating successful and useful flows in Leapwork, and as we progressed in our knowledge and understanding, finding how feature rich Leapwork is, and even now have only scratched the surface of what is possible. Customer support has been great, and our AD has been good to deal with and very proactive. I have also been impressed with their helpdesk support which is usually quick and responsive.
