I find LeanScale to be very communicative and appreciate their ability to deliver on time while keeping in contact throughout the process. The regular check-ins and the Slack group for quick communication are some specific aspects of their service I value. Furthermore, they are a strong HubSpot partner, which is important for any RevOps processes in HubSpot. This partnership potential, especially for fixing our lead attribution and reporting, is a significant plus for me.

The team are leaned in, responsive, and thorough. For an outside partner, they act about as close to an in-house RevOps/Marketing Ops function as you can hope fo.
