I really like that Lawmatics is very customizable and user-friendly. The information is organized in such a way that it makes my work more efficient. Whenever we need more information, we can easily add and edit it in the Lawmatics settings. It's quick in adapting to what we really need. I would recommend Lawmatics because I have also benefited from it and would like to share how helpful it has been to me and my company.

It is, without a doubt, its strongest point. It is not limited to sending a "thank you" email; it allows for the creation of complex decision trees. If a potential client fills out a form but does not schedule an appointment within 24 hours, the system can trigger a completely different follow-up sequence than for someone who did schedule.
