As someone with zero legal background hired to oversee Client Services I had the initial task of setting up Lawmatics. Initially I felt clueless, but Jessie Hobbs was just what I needed to get me going. He guided our whole team over the six onboarding sessions and provided homework for us to review and personalize to truly make this platform custom for the firm and better yet, a seamless client experience.

so far, the onboarding team has been the most helpful. the last software we used I had to set everything up from scratch which was painful and limited how we used the system. I wasn't able to learn how to use the system fully becuase there was no one to talk to. with lawmatics, i regularly met with my account manager and asked any question I had. they set up our system for us to ensure it worked just as we needed it to.

I like that Lawmatics helps organize our intakes before deciding whether to make them actual clients and allows us to obtain all documentation easily. It keeps us informed about the stage a potential client is at and definitely helps with sending reminders on its own, especially if we’re waiting for signatures for a contract or just doing a follow-up email. It saves us a lot of time. The initial setup was pretty easy, and we figured out everything related to grouping intakes and their stages eventually.
