Exceptional Custom Design Experience
I loved working with Kelsey Madden at Kotis Design. She was efficient, fast to respond, and made everything quick and easy. I appreciated how she answered all my questions in detail, which left me well informed. Designing the bar mitzvah sweatshirt was pretty amazing. Kelsey Madden listened to my suggestions and incorporated them perfectly. The sweatshirt turned out great, and my kid loves the feel of it. I also appreciated Kotis Design's time efficiency and professionalism. They logically explained the timeline for ordering and delivery, which was really helpful. The initial setup was easy, and I got valuable feedback on my ideas for the design. Overall, they were great, and I appreciated everything they did.

Great Product Range, but Quality Issues Persist
I like the quick timing on everything from Kotis Design, as items usually take just 2-3 weeks to be delivered to our office. I also appreciate the vast selection of products and the different brands available for selection. When I joined my team, the onboarding process was quick and seamless, and Jason was able to handle all issues I had.
