I also like the light-weight employee evaluation module ("Talent"). Again, it creates a rhythm to having bi-directional conversations about ways team members and managers can improve their performance. The system sends automatic reminders to employees once a week so there is no excuse to update and the helpful dashboards give a synopsis when goals aren't completed/updated/etc.

I like the fact that quarterly as the CEO, it requires me to think about the direction of the company and communicate those priorities to every level of the company. I like that is on line and accessible anytime and anywhere. Most importantly, the transparency related to performance is excellent.
