What particularly impressed me about Kertos was the truly heartfelt onboarding: From the first conversation, it was clear that team spirit, openness, and a "we'll get through this together" attitude are lived here. Our IT manager was also thrilled from the first contact – the support was very professional and at the same time on a friendly, direct "you" level. Furthermore, Kertos scores with a modern compliance solution that allows standards like ISO 27001 to be implemented in a structured and efficient manner. The board looks very user-friendly and it's easy to work through the individual open to-dos, which makes it easy to plan and implement open tasks in a structured way. I was also positively impressed by the number of tools/platforms that could be integrated. The implementation and use of the platform was very simple and frequently used.

Kertos made a good, competent impression from the start. After the first meeting, they immediately arranged a meeting with a reference customer so that we could get first-hand information. The onboarding process went smoothly, the software is excellent, and the AI tool and the policy maker deliver good results.
