Our IT manager was also enthusiastic from the first contact – the customer support was consistently professional, fast, and at the same time pleasantly personal on a direct "you" level. Furthermore, Kertos impresses with a modern compliance solution that enables easy implementation of standards like ISO 27001. The user-friendliness of the board is particularly noteworthy: it is clearly structured, intuitive to use, and facilitates the structured planning and processing of open tasks. Another plus point is the large number of functions and the simplicity of integrating various tools and platforms. This allows Kertos to be flexibly integrated into existing systems. The frequency of use in everyday work also shows how well the tool is received – it is used regularly and with noticeable added value for the entire team. The implementation after onboarding also sounded very simple.
