We found Keragon to be incredibly helpful for handling HIPAA-compliant workflows on our e-commerce website. There has been a gap that's existed for years because Zapier is not HIPAA compliant and Keragon has filled it. Their product works without issue and support is excellent. We use it all of the time as it integrates with our CRM, EMR, Google Sheets, Gatherup, etc. Most things are easy to use with it and the ones that are not (Google API) they are working on. We used a developer to help us implement Keragon and it was pretty easy and straightforward. It helps us to deal with shortcomings of individual products in our stack.
