Functional UI/UX and Project Health Visibility
Kantata's user interface is clean and easy to use compared to clunky and generally ugly tools I've used in the past. I have access in one place for all of the time tracking needs and project management needs. I primarily use kantata for timesheets and project health tracking.

We are really starting to utilize the custom dashboard views through the Insights tool. The ability to create a custom view for a dashboard is valuable, increasing visiblity of performance for our team and also simplifying ongoing tasks like revenue recognition. We don't have a direct integration with our ERP to drive revenue recognition, so we used Insights to create a custom dashboard that pulls out all completed milestones that tie to revenue recognition and use that output to simplify our month end process.
