I find Jump easy to use and it seems to be getting smarter, which saves me a lot of time. It does an excellent job of creating and organizing meeting notes and follow-up activities. I also appreciate how it integrates easily with Office 365, Outlook, and my CRM and financial planning software. The initial setup was very easy and help was readily available.
Allows me to focus and be more present during client meetings as opposed to trying to take down every note. Jump also saves me 15-30 minutes in meeting follow ups by having the notes and follow up email in a very good spot.
Meeting-to-record automation that captures and transcribes meetings (video, phone, or in-person) and turns them into notes, recaps, and CRM-ready records, cutting a 60-minute admin task down to about 5. In terms of real time savings, advisors report reclaiming 8–10 hours a week, and enterprise teams see meeting admin drop by up to 90%. It also captures tasks automatically by pulling action items from the conversation, building smart task cards with due dates, and pushing them to your CRM (Salesforce, Wealthbox, Redtail) in one click. For client follow-ups, it drafts recap emails you can customize for tone and style, then copy or open directly in Gmail/Outlook. Compliance is built in, with highly configurable settings for RIAs, IBDs, and enterprise teams, running on SOC 2-compliant infrastructure with granular access controls. Integrations are deep as well, connecting to your existing CRMs, planning tools, calendars, and VoIP/conferencing without changing how you work. Finally, it provides growth insights by surfacing opportunities like referrals and held-away assets and reading client sentiment from conversations.
Trusted by enterprise and loved by advisors, Jump is the leading AI operating system for wealth managers and financial advisors. Advisors who use Jump are saving double-digit hours every week, uncovering revenue they didn't know existed, and running firms that scale without the usual friction.
