I love the ability to be able to see who all are members of the organization. It's important for us to know if someone is already a member, so we know who we need to reach out to. I also like the feature of being able to share a picture, which helps us recognize members by face. Join It has excellent customer support; there have been times when I needed help late at night and got a prompt response. Additionally, it's easier now to send one simple email to everyone, set up different membership types, and host announcements, which we couldn't do with JotForm. The ease of using Join It and how it helps put everything in one space for everybody to see and experience is great.
