I find JobDiva easy to understand, especially for parsing resumes, tracking applicants, and searching for candidates. It's very easy to use now, and I like how it helps in tracking candidates and clients all in the same place. I also appreciate that I can use it alongside Outlook and other job boards.

I like that JobDiva is a good platform where I can work, add new candidates, track my performance and tasks given, and keep a record of candidates submitted all in one place. I can share my work with different levels of management and with clients. JobDiva assigns jobs as my tasks, provides all the job details, and lets each job have an ID for easy tracking. I can assign jobs to team members, see activity, and use Boolean strings to find suitable candidates. The JobDiva dashboard helps me track team and personal performance weekly or monthly, and I can see records of submissions to clients, interviews, and details of candidates I submitted. Additionally, I can upload and download candidate profiles and match them to jobs, keeping track of submissions, interviews, assignments, and salary details. I also find the initial setup very easy, with many features still available to explore.
