I mostly like the review features as well as the trace management in Jama Connect. Being able to moderate reviews and send reviews to users that may not be directly working in Jama is really great. Trace management helps me find any gaps in requirements that might have a missing upstream or downstream trace.

Jama is a very intuitive tool that allows users an easy entry into the basic functionality. All essential features that a requirements tool needs are present. Above all, the structure of traceability sets the tool apart from other competitors.

Jama Connect offers a wide range of powerful features that make requirements management easier and more efficient. We migrated all our projects from different tools to Jama, and we are very satisfied with both the product itself and the responsive communication and support from the Jama team. In particular, Mr. Preston Mitchell played a key role in helping us with the migration by importing ReqIF and even Excel files smoothly. What we appreciate most is the flexibility to customize our own workflows and represent them through statuses that we can update easily. The locking feature, along with detailed activity tracking for each item, is extremely helpful. The review feature is also very robust, which makes collaboration and collecting feedback much more efficient. In addition, exporting and importing data is straightforward and highly customizable. Another feature we find especially valuable is the filtering functionality, which makes it much easier to navigate and manage requirements. Overall, the tool feels fast, fluid, and intuitive to use, and it provides a consistently great experience for requirements management.
