I really like that iSpring Suite plugs into PowerPoint, making it less intimidating and as easy to use as PowerPoint. This integration made it easier and quicker to get started, especially since our original training materials are already in PowerPoint, saving us so much time. The support is excellent; I received a lot of help at the beginning despite an almost impossible deadline, and the help desk usually responds within two hours, which is amazing. The price is also excellent. Although there's a lot to learn, it's very intuitive, and I'd recommend it to anyone.
