I particularly like the way iSpring Suite’s course player can display the presenter video alongside the PowerPoint slides. It creates a more engaging learning experience while retaining the familiarity and flexibility of PowerPoint. I still haven’t found another authoring tool that presents video and slide content together quite as effectively.

I find iSpring LMS intuitive and straightforward for both administrators and learners. We were able to transfer our learning content quickly from our previous LMS. iSpring helps us provide a solid onboarding experience for our customers while remaining economically sound. I appreciate features like automated emails for enrollment, reminders for course completion, and the data analysis insights which are valuable for assessing the effectiveness of our onboarding process. I also find the ability to set up customer groups and assign them to a customer success manager particularly useful. The initial setup was surprisingly efficient, allowing us to organize and launch within three weeks.

I really enjoy the variety of options for questions and the feedback templates available in iSpring Suite. I also love the new feature that turns stationary content into a voice-over. Staying on top of trends in delivering training content in a more informative and engaging way for students is another aspect I appreciate. The cloud-based training content is a big plus, allowing me to update study material once on the cloud, and the end user can see the updated content immediately. I find this provides huge versatility in keeping our students informed. I also really enjoy using the role plays feature, which is very good for coaching and mentoring, allowing training officers to immerse themselves into the conversation and experience. The setup was very easy, and the iSpring team was very helpful, providing ongoing training to ensure we are comfortable using the platform.
