The customer service and speed to execution. Ben was great to talk to and help me navigate through the various opportunities that were available. Also. when I submitted my resume, I had multiple interviews lined up within the same week!

They listen to your goals and then find you the opportunities

Ben and the ISG Team listen to you during their initial interview process then they go and find you opportunities that align with your career goals. Often times recruiters do what's best for them and not the candidate but ISG works for the candidate and the hiring company so its mutually beneficial for both parties. They're transparent throughout the process and will tell you what you are qualified for and provide constructive feedback for jobs that you might not be a good fit for. Highly suggest working with them!

Not the typical recruiting experience!

|ISG Partners
They provide a very comprehensive, personalized recruiting experience. Everything will be taken care of to ensure you are properly prepared for all your interviews. In the pre-COVID world, they also had some innovative ways to mix up the typical first stage phone screen by having recruiting nights at local restaurants and breweries. Was a much more relaxed way of being introduced to a prospective employer and getting to know some of their current employees.
