Not only are their recruiters top-notch, but they also consistently work with top-quality clients with above-market base pay offerings for SDRs and a minimum of 4.5 stars on Glassdoor. I'm unsure if they have some heavy internal client vetting process, but whatever they're doing has been working out very well - for myself, at least.
