I really appreciate Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing for optimizing open rates and engagements with our readers and consumers. That's like, the whole game. If your email doesn't get through and doesn't get opened, nothing else matters. Their customer support is a standout; they offer live support even at 3 AM, and I've found them to be competent and capable of resolving my issues, not just talking to a rep and hoping things get done. The initial setup was also a pleasure. Their support team and technical group were outstanding, which made the setup experience smooth even for someone like me who's more of a marketing person than an IT expert.
