INTOO's service team is very responsive and helpful. Their product is very easy to use and incredibly intuitive. There is also a good dashboard providing us with valuable real-time metrics.

The individualized, personal coaching is critical, helping teammates secure higher-paying jobs and aiding with resume and LinkedIn navigation. The reporting feature is great as it shows leaders how the service is being utilized. Joy has been wonderful to work with, and I love the whole human approach that INTOO has. Even though we currently only utilize outplacement, having other service options available with a company we trust is awesome.
