The Intellum Platform is very easy to use and implement, yet it can handle a wide range of use cases. Thanks to the comprehensive API, any feature that may not already exist on the platform is easily developed. Its wide range of connectors help integrating with all of our tenants and IT services. The SaaS is robust and scalable and we never experienced any impacting downtime or issue while having thousands of customers using the platform every day. Intellum as a company pays close attention to customer feedback and project success. The teams also play a huge role in our experience: our Sales and CSM are mindful and extremely helpful, the project team is proactive and professional, and the support team is both reactive and very efficient.

The range of interactive components in the Evolve library. The possibility of reusing assets is very easy to do in the authoring tool, this saves time and effort and allows for the creation of module courses. The support team is fantastic. They get back to you within a day and provide you with actionable solutions. I love the possiblity of language versions within one course. This makes it tidy and it is very easy to export/import translations!

As someone who's still learning their way around Evolve, I appreciate the ability to see in real time what design decisions or alterations look like. I also like the degree to which you can customise components, which in turn enables the creation of more engaging learning activities.
