Seamless Integration with Brightspace, Occasionally Hindered by Technical Issues

I like that Integrity Advocate is very easy to use and seamless. It integrates well with our platform, Brightspace, which makes it simple for students to access the examination part of the course. All features are inbuilt with the platform, meaning students don't have to go to a different site for assessments. The initial setup of Integrity Advocate was quite easy.

Low-bandwidth proctoring that learners can navigate easily

We’ve been using IA for over a year now, and I’ve found that they’re genuinely open to feedback and willing to make adjustments when needed. Compared with our previous proctoring software, the number of voids has dropped significantly, largely because IA requires far less bandwidth to run. That difference has been especially important for us, since most of our learners are in rural areas where internet service is often unreliable and we have found that the majority of learners can navigate the platform effectively
