I like that there is lots of support from the staff. The setup was a bit complicated, but they were there every step of the process. I really appreciated them being able to walk us through the different issues and support us throughout the setup process. Not being IT experts, it was very helpful to have an actual human being able to walk us through some of these steps and troubleshoot before we could give the students their exam.

Integrates Easily, Needs Consistent Review Standards
I really like that Integrity Advocate integrates directly into the Brightspace LMS, which makes it seamless to use without charging students an additional fee for the proctoring service. The single sign-on experience is great, and it's easy for both students and administrators to use. The flag review process is straightforward and helps us efficiently review exam flags and potential violations. Also, the speed at which exams are reviewed is a big plus, as it helps students receive their results quickly to meet deadlines.
