The team is very helpful with following up on questions and ensuring the tool is being used properly. It's very simple to use, each step has video instructions for you to follow if you get lost as well. It has many different tools within the platform as well for different use cases

Their suite of products is easy to use and straightforward to set up. In addition, the modules fit our use cases around data management and hygiene across all the systems it integrates with (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Performance is excellent, and I can easily track it through the out-of-the-box weekly reports available in the platform. Their multi-year pricing provides good value for the product and the ROI from its usage. Our AE was instrumental during onboarding and the initial setup, and is consistently proactive about monitoring our usage and overall satisfaction.

Insycle handles merging across multiple CRMs very well. We sync HubSpot and Salesforce and have found that duplicates in the system are very difficult to merge completely when it’s manual. Something is always left in one system or the other. With insycle, dupes can go away in bulk, with no stragglers in one CRM.
