Inflection.io is an incredibly dynamic, feature rich solution for PLG communication that's easy to use and has an awesome team supporting it. Switching over from Marketo, I had my reservations, but it didn't take long to throw them out the window. Features, functionality, implementation - working with their team and the tool made this switch very smooth. Their pricing structure makes so much more sense for PLG organizations than traditional database size MAP pricing. Without worrying about database size, there are no throttles to the product growth you can aim for. Easily integrated with Segment. This tool will go far.
