We use interworks.cloud as a storefront for Office 365, it helps us reduce administrative load on simple tasks like ordering licences and managing invoices by either automating these tasks or allowing the end customer to manage their own estate. Their team is responsive and knowledgeable, and it never seems difficult to get issues looked at by senior or development staff. It's also easy to move existing customers into the platform and setup resellers.

Good for allowing customers to self serve licenecs and automating billing and allowing auditability with licences changes and swaps for customers and staff members.

One wall to wall tool for Cloud Distributors/Resellers especially (but not only) for Microsoft partners . Quick implementation and easy to use. There are many built in tool to keep the large amount of subscriptions manageable as well as offer billing API to use external tools – like Power BI.
