System is easy, quick to learn and use, integrations are easy to work through. Support team is great with responding in a timley fashion. There are a number of new features that are alway in development and relased. When asking for new implementation or features, our ideas are taken into consideration and brought back to their developement team for review.

There isn't a feature or function about this platform I like

It's a SaaS Solution I don't have anything to patch or maintain.
